small wood projects

These are the first projects I created to teach myself how to use the tools of woodkraft, the importance in order of operations, and how wood behaves when you begin manipulating it.

Materials used in these builds include box store project lumber, reclaimed second hand furniture from the local thrift shop, a headboard picked up from the roadside, and off cuts from a professional wood shop I had the privilege of working in.

I love the idea of upcycling and repurposing materials, and will continue to work with this philosophy as my woodworking journey progresses.
